CampaignsGenghis Kahn CampaignTraitorIn this scenario, you must eliminate the traitor Kushuk and protect your wonder. Immediately at the beginning head north and kill all the yellow military units. Ignore the villagers and when all of yellow's military is dead, they will join you. Rapidly develop your civ and move to the Feudal Age as soon as possible. There's gold to the north, stone to the west and southeast, wood to the north and east, and elk to the south. Soon, a large red raiding party will attack the houses at the wonder. Let them go as your forces are no match for them. Keep them just north of your towncenter while you build up an army. In my experience, the enemy generally inexplicably ignored the wonder and focused on my towncenter after all houses by the wonder were destroyed. So focus on building towers on the south and west flanks of your town center. Garrison them with troops. The enemy will keep sending wave after wave of soldiers so advance to the Castle Age as quickly as possible. Upgrade your towers and build a castle when you have enough stone. Build a force of knights and mangudai of about 25-40 units. Then after you put off a raid, launch an attack on red to your west. systematically rake whatever you can and make yor way toward the palisades west of the town. Red's got tons of resources so move quickly. Kushuk will retreat to his village. Follow after him. Attack any green unit that opposes you, but keep moving forward for Kushuk. When you spot him, send everything you have left at him. If you kill him, great. But odds are that there wasn't enough left when you got to him. For this attack, green will likely retaliate in force. But this is what you want. Chances are that Kushuk personally will come at some point in the attack. When you spot him, have all units and buildings focus all fire power at Kushuk. When he dies, you win the scenario. If he doesn't come, then do your best to repel the attack and the come back with a new army to hunt him down.
